This project was to create a campaign a that resonated with gen-z job seekers. We found the Gen-Z aren't only afraid of not getting a job , but they fear getting a job they hate but since Gen-Z's authentic values and sense of irony is prevalent we decided we would be truthful with them , you are going to hate every job a little bit, its a job. But that doesn't mean you have to be in a job you hate a lot , VGP can find you a job you only kind of hate.
